9. AMC & Technical Support
AMC and support services are governed by the applicable AMC or service agreement.
Service coverage, response times, preventive maintenance, onsite support, remote support, exclusions, parts replacement, and service-level commitments will depend on the specific agreement purchased by the customer.
Unless expressly included in writing, AMC services do not automatically cover consumables, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or replacement of defective components.
